About our Founder
Julia Novotny has over 20 years experience in medical billing. She began her work in this field as an in-house biller for a massage and physical therapy practice where she learned the ins and outs of firm management. This foundation has benefited Julie and her clients as she understands the challenges firms often face, especially small and medium-sized operations. She applies her knowledge and expertise, as well as her drive to be an informed professional, in service to her clients and leadership to her team. Most important to Julie are the relationships she has developed over the years. Her consultancy practice grew by word of mouth and as demand for her services grew, so did the All Out Billing team. She is proud of the skilled professionals who make up this boutique firm and together, they take pride in making sure clients are well-served and happy.
Julie was born and raised on Long Island, where she also raised her now adult children. When she is not tending to her clients and team, Julie can be found walking her dog Marley or taking in the beauty of the amazing beaches in her neighborhood.
Meet the Team
Robert D
Rob brings 20 years experience in the travel, food, and hospitality industries to his work in medical billing. This informs his client-first mentality, yielding high-level customer support to clients and by extension, their patients. When asked what he loves most about his work, Rob shares “I enjoy getting my providers paid, especially when the insurance companies don't want to.”
Lisa I
A bookkeeper since 1995, Lisa has served organizations and companies of various sizes and industries. Most recently, she served as a comptroller and personal assistant for a commercial construction company before establishing a freelance bookkeeping practice in 2022. In addition to serving All Out Billing of Long Island as bookkeeper, Lisa works as comptroller, office administrator, and bookkeeper for residential construction and glass/window companies.
Cristina L
Cristina is excited to be a part of the All Out Billing team, learning from her colleagues with more experience in the field of medical billing. Prior to joining the company in 2022, Cristina worked in transportation and legal services. She values the relationships she has developed in this line of work.
Joanne O
Joanne has worked in medical billing for over ten years, joining the All Out Billing team in 2023. Like Julie, she was born and raised on Long Island where she has built a career and raised four children. She enjoys working with clients to solve problems and get things done.
